Need a quick workout idea today? Try this:
Repeat each move listed for 30 seconds to complete one full round. Rest for one minute between rounds. Repeat the round 3-4x. Don’t forget to warmup and stretch it out when you are done.
- Stationary Bowler lunge (30 seconds each leg)
- Stationary lunges (30 seconds each leg)
- Leg lift and reach for toes
Just do your best. If two rounds is all you have in you today, take pride in completing the two!
