Today I tried out the Pilates Fix from the 21 Day Fix Extreme workout.

I really enjoyed it. All you need is a mat, towel, water and light resistance band (although if you are a beginner you could ditch the band altogether).

Overall I very much enjoyed this workout. Check out my video for a sneak peak below. Please keep in mind I had to speed up the video clips 4x to keep the video under one minute so the moves are MUCH slower than portrayed here.
