I LOVE Fridays, every single one of them. Today is particularly exciting because it is the first day my 8 year old (Ashleigh) has of Summer vacation.

It is also exciting because my friend, Virginia, is getting married tomorrow night AND I have been invited to a hush hush retreat for leaders on our fit team – and I actually get to go after the wedding, whoop whoop, can you feel my excitement?


Need a workout today? Above is a snippet of the workout I did. Click HERE to watch the full video. The footage inside my house is the cardio portion and outside is the weight circuit. It was killer!!! My legs are like jello.

Cardio: 22 Minute Hard Corp

Weights:

  • 2 sets of 10 squats (15lbs)
  • 2 sets of 10 plié squats (15lbs)
  • 2 sets 10 squat pulse (15lbs)
  • 2 sets 10 curtesy lunge (15 lbs)
  • 2 sets of 50 calf raises
  • 2 sets of 10 walk to plank
